Commencement culminates academic journey

Commencement at Columbus State University is a celebration recognizing the culmination of years of work by students and faculty. Held at the end of fall and spring semesters, graduation represents a time of pride for CSU's faculty and staff, as well as for students and their families. Upcoming commencements: Spring 2013 — Monday, May 6, 6:30 p.m., Columbus Civic Center, with student rehearsal at 4:30 p.m. Others:

• Spring 2014 — Monday, May 12.

During Columbus Civic Center commencements, parking is free for participants and attendees, and concessions will be available.
